About Us

Dr. Martin Eng moved to Elk River in 1996 after graduating from the Chiropractic College of Life University (Marietta, GA).  Soon after, he established Lighthouse Chiropractic Health Center where he has been caring for patients for over 20 years.  During those 20 years he has gained extensive knowledge and experience in treating injuries due to auto accidents, work related accidents and injuries related to everyday life. 

He is a leading chiropractor in Minnesota specializing in correction and wellness care.  He uses proven techniques and approaches in treating patients of all ages and body types.  Two of his main techniques are Activator and Diversified. 

Dr. Eng’s interest in chiropractic care was sparked at the early age of 14 when he was diagnosed with Scoliosis by a family physician.  His mother took him to a chiropractor and after simple chiropractic adjustments he saw first-hand the dramatic benefits of spinal adjustment on an individual’s life and well-being.  It was there the dream began. 

Dr. Eng’s “Patient First” attitude is what enables him to treat patients with dignity, respect and compassion.  His personal and professional goal is to make a difference each day by providing loving, compassionate, enthusiastic and extraordinary service.

Dr. Eng also believes in helping others carry on the legacy of chiropractic by providing guidance and mentoring support to prospective and current students.  He is a member of the Peak program at Life University which allows graduating students the opportunity to learn in a real clinic setting. 

Dr. Eng resides in Elk River with his wife, Michelle and their nine children.   Dr. Eng is very passionate about Christianity and Chiropractic and believes these two can go hand in hand.  While reading the bible one day it was Hebrews 12:12-13 that solidified that chiropractic was the path to take; “Therefore, strengthen your feeble arms and weak knees.  Make level paths for your feet, so that the lame may not be disabled, but rather healed.”  He practices in a faith based health care facility that preaches the good news to everyone and lays hands on the sick with the belief that they will recover.
